This document is a product-wide baseline and does not replace advice from qualified counsel for your operating entity or launch markets.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, installing, or using WorkDock, you agree to this User Agreement. If you use WorkDock for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree or are not legally permitted to use the software, do not use it.
2. License
Subject to this agreement and the license included with the distribution, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WorkDock for lawful personal or internal business purposes. No ownership of the software or related intellectual property is transferred.
3. Platforms, permissions, and configuration
WorkDock integrates with operating-system file managers, terminals, shells, and update mechanisms. You decide which integrations, command templates, permissions, and update settings to enable. Platform availability and behavior may differ across macOS, Windows, and Linux distributions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use WorkDock only on devices, systems, accounts, and files you are authorized to access.
- Review command templates, terminal providers, paths, installers, and update prompts before execution.
- Maintain backups, endpoint security, access controls, and recovery procedures appropriate for your environment.
- Comply with applicable law, workplace policies, third-party licenses, and the terms of connected applications or services.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Do not use WorkDock to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with systems, or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not misrepresent an altered package as an official WorkDock release or remove required notices.
- Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.
6. Third-party and open-source components
WorkDock may launch or interact with third-party terminals, file managers, operating-system services, GitHub, and other configured providers. They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Open-source components remain licensed under their applicable notices, and those licenses control if they conflict with this agreement for that component.
7. Releases and updates
Update checks are optional unless a distribution channel requires otherwise. Release files should be obtained from an official channel and verified using the published signature or checksum where available. We may change, suspend, replace, or discontinue features or platform support, subject to any mandatory notice or consumer rights.
8. Ownership and feedback
WorkDock, its branding, and non-open-source materials are owned by their respective rights holders. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant the operator a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to use it to improve, maintain, and promote the product without an obligation to compensate you.
9. Privacy
The WorkDock Privacy Policy explains local processing, limited network requests, third-party hosting, retention, and regional privacy rights. By using network-enabled features, you acknowledge that the described connection data may be processed by the relevant provider.
10. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer WorkDock in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or import laws. You represent that your use is not prohibited by laws that lawfully apply to you or the operator.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkDock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility. This clause does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity. Any aggregate liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for WorkDock during the twelve months before the event, or the minimum amount permitted by law if no payment was made. Mandatory consumer and product-liability rights remain unaffected.
13. Suspension and termination
You may end this agreement by stopping use and removing WorkDock. Your license terminates if you materially breach the agreement, subject to any notice or cure period required by law. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and terms that by nature should survive will remain effective.
14. Governing rules, disputes, and contact
The laws applicable to the operator govern this agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules, but you retain mandatory consumer protections and access to courts or regulators that cannot be waived in your country or region. Before formal proceedings, contact support@zyravo.store and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any additional operator identity, governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution disclosure required for your market will be provided through the official distribution channel.
