This document is a product-wide baseline and does not replace advice from qualified counsel for your operating entity or launch markets.
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the WorkDock desktop software, website, update service, and support communications. WorkDock is operated by the person or entity identified through the official distribution channel (we, us, or our). Until a separate legal entity is identified, privacy questions and requests are handled through support@zyravo.store.
2. Local processing
To perform an action you request, WorkDock may process a selected path, the active Finder or file-manager location, installed terminal applications, command templates, preferences, update settings, and permission status. This operational information is processed on your device and is not sent to us as product telemetry.
3. Information we do not collect or monetize
- No WorkDock account is required.
- WorkDock does not include advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, cross-app tracking, background file indexing, or automated profiling.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the software.
4. Network requests and third parties
WorkDock uses the network only when you request or enable update checks, download a release, open an external link, visit the website, or contact support. GitHub or another configured hosting provider may receive standard connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, and user agent under its own privacy policy. Your email provider and ours process support messages you choose to send.
5. Platform permissions
WorkDock requests only permissions needed for optional platform integrations, such as Finder or terminal automation on macOS, Explorer integration on Windows, or file-manager integration on Linux. Permissions can be denied or revoked in the operating system. Some features may then be unavailable.
6. Purposes and legal bases
Where a legal basis is required, local processing is necessary to provide the feature you request; update and security requests are based on performance of the service, our legitimate interests in maintaining secure software, or your consent where required; support communications are processed to answer your request and maintain appropriate business records.
7. Retention
Preferences remain on your device until you change them or remove the related data. Temporary update files are kept only as needed to verify, install, or clean up an update. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and establish or defend legal claims.
8. Security
We use release checksums, platform signing where configured, access controls, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission, storage system, or software supply chain is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. International transfers
Release hosting and email providers may process connection or support data in countries other than your own. Where required, the responsible operator will use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful basis and will provide additional information on request.
10. Your privacy rights
- EEA and United Kingdom: subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority.
- California and other applicable U.S. states: you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered personal information and may appeal a denied request where required. WorkDock does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Mainland China: subject to the PIPL, you may request access, copying, correction, deletion, and explanations of processing, and may exercise rights concerning automated decisions and transfers where applicable.
- Brazil, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore: you may exercise the access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, objection, complaint, and other rights provided by the LGPD, PIPEDA or provincial law, Privacy Act, APPI, PIPA, or PDPA as applicable.
- These summaries do not reduce any mandatory right available under the law that applies to you.
11. Exercising your rights
Send a request to support@zyravo.store and identify the product, jurisdiction, and right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. Children
WorkDock is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts or telemetry. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact support@zyravo.store so it can be reviewed and deleted where required.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when product behavior, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent. The version in effect when information is processed governs that processing.
14. Contact and complaints
Privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints may be sent to support@zyravo.store. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority with jurisdiction over you. The official distribution channel will provide any additional operator identity, postal address, representative, or data-protection contact required for your market.
